Cafés, Coffee

"Cafés" and coffee is devoted to the objects, modes and sociability zones associated with coffee the world over. The site explores the history and economics of coffee as well as roasting techniques. Users will enjoy a lavishly illustrated tour, extending from Arabian Jasmine (the 17th century name for the coffee tree) to Europe's coffeehouses to coffee ceremonies in both Africa and Asia.
